Indoor Cycling

This class combines all facets of cycling - speed, strength and endurance.  Classes will include varying movements such as climbing, sprinting and jumps.  Major calories are burned and endurance is strengthened.  Rated beginner-advanced depending on how you control the resistance or your bike and your RPMs.
