Body Sculpt

This class offers a varity of training methods to strengthen and tone all of your major muscle groups.  Simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls will build the foundation of the class. 

The development of muscular and cardiovascular strength, balance and flexibility will be achieved through full body exercise and the occasional aerobic blasts.  These methods help burn the maximum amount of calories in a short period of time, building muscle and burning fat. Although Body Sculpt can appear difficult it is appropriate for all fitness levels since you are in charge of monitoring your intensity levels and amount of weight used in each exercise.
