Complete Floor Barre

Complete Floor Barre is a highly efficient workout done at the floor using full body exercises, light weights and concentrated moments.  Barre focuses on creating long, lean muscle, core strength, improved balance and overall muscle endurance by incorporating isometric movement such as planks with compound movement such as squats, lunges and the use of weights.
