Carrie Doody
I currently reside in Colorado with my husband Al and two very active boys. I know how it is to juggle family life as well as a hectic career schedule all the more reason to balance it out with proper nutrition and exercise. My passion is healthy living and teaching others simple, easy and fun ways to live well. I have spent my life experiencing and learning ways to live healthy and happy in this fast-paced world. As a result, I decided to start my own personal training business, Lifestyle Fitness so I can pass this knowledge onto others. I currently use the facilities at a Woodland Park Fitness to train my clients, teach classes, provide nutritional guidance and motivate others to achieve their wellness goals. In an effort to reach more people, I also train clients online offering diet/exercise advice via email. I just recently trained Miss Colorado to compete in Miss USA 2008 where she placed in the top 5 for best in shape body.

Mission
My mission is to teach you, simple, fun and practical ways to live well in the modern world using exercise and nutrition.

Vision
My vision is to empower and motivate America to be a culture where vibrant wellness is the norm.

Rebecca Janecek, Never Too Late, LLC, is a Certified Personal Trainer and Specialist in Senior Fitness. She has lived in Woodland Park with her husband, Tom, since 2003. After retiring from a 35-year career in social work and criminal justice in Colorado Springs, she found her passion to be working in health and fitness, specifically with seniors. Rebecca began teaching aerobics and senior exercise in 2005 and currently teaches the Silver Sneakers classes and aerobics at the Woodland Fitness Center.
As a Master Trainer for the “Matter of Balance” fall prevention senior program sponsored by the downtown YMCA in Colorado Springs, Rebecca integrates balance education and exercises in her classes and personal training at Woodland Fitness. Her practical approach to fitness focuses on helping seniors remain independent through increased muscular strength and endurance, improved coordination, balance and flexibility.
In addition to her work with seniors, another focus for Rebecca is working with anyone new to the fitness world or those facing physical challenges who desire to become healthier and stronger. Her commitment is to help everyone she works with realize it’s “Never Too Late” to achieve their specific goals while developing increased self-confidence and healthy lifestyle habits.
