I am a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Nutritionist and compete as an IFBB PRO figure athlete.  After starting a family, I resigned from my job as a Senior Software Developer to stay home and take care of my two boys.  Knowing that as the boys grow older, they would need less of my time, I followed my passion for health and fitness.

I have been living in Woodland Park with my husband of 20 years and two middle school boys since 2007.  We love the outdoors by camping, hiking, skiing, golfing and climbing to the top of a mountain to enjoy the scenery and have a picnic.

I have many years of experience working with a wide range of clients:

  • Those that have never stepped inside a gym.
  • Those that have an anxiety attack as soon as they do step inside because they have no idea where to start.
  • Those that are wanting to take their current health and fitness to another level.
  • Those that want challenging workouts, pushing and sweating their way through it and feeling on top of the world when done because they didn't think it was possible to get through the entire workout.
