This class uses barbell and free weights to strengthen your entire body. You will experience a full range of exercises that will include squats, lunges, presses, lifts and curls. This class not only tones and strengthens your body but it is also an incredible calorie burner too.

C-1 Yoga
This class is a Vinyasa power yoga and it is open to all levels from beginners to advanced students. This class detoxifies, exhilarates and stimulates the mind and shapes the body. This class emphasizes movement, balance and intention. It is a great class for students who are ready to take the next step in their yoga journey.
SilverSneakers
This Muscular Strength and Range of Movement class is designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance by using weights, balls and bands. All Silver Sneaker classes were created and designed by Health Care Dimensions for adults 65+ and are adaptable for all fitness levels.
SilverSneakers - YogaStretch
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Indoor cycling
This class combines all facets of cycling - speed, strength and endurance. Classes will include varying movements such as climbing, sprinting and jumps. Major calories are burned and endurance is strengthened. Rated beginner-advanced depending on how you control the resistance of your bike and your rpm's.
C-2 Yoga
This class is a Vinyasa flow yoga done in a warm environment. This type of yoga emphasizes alignment and breathing. The Asanas (poses) are broken down by demonstrations and verbal and directional instructions. The class ends with a final surrender, the Savasana (relaxation pose), allowing your body to absorb and integrate the Asanas. The students are encouraged to ask questions and explore the full benefits and art of yoga. It is a great class to enjoy with your family and friends. "Namaste".
Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. You can achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inpiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life.  The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat
SilverSneakers - Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Boot Camp
This class mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training, strength training and cardio bursts to keep your heart rate up and the calories burning.  This results-driven class is designed to provide you with stamina, strength, tone and the opportunity to progressively challenge yourself.
Zumba Gold
This class is designed to take the exciting Latin and International dance rhythms created in the original ZUMBA Program and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant and other populations that may need modifications for success.  This program is easy to follow and will provide the participant with a safe and effective total body workout.
Kickboxing
Mix up your regular cardio routine with this fun, energized class. This is a non-contact kickboxing class utilizing basic kicks and punches. Instructor will incorporate kickboxing cardio combinations making every class a different experience.  Designed as a total body workout, this class will make you sweat. Newcomers are always welcome!
